The Praetor 500 promotes in-flight comfort and refreshed arrivals by offering the lowest cabin altitude in its class as well as the widest cross-section in the segment. Additionally, it features a six ft tall, flat-floor cabin and ample baggage space. Our specific Praetor 500 offers a wet galley with premier features for full-service flights, including a microwave, coffee brewer, large ice drawer and wet bar.

The Praetor 500’s fly by wire technology drastically reduces oscillations during turbulence and features enhanced safety measures. Cabin entertainment and connectivity features dual DVD/Blu-Ray players, dual cabin high-definition displays, A/V inputs for personal devices, Airshow® in-flight moving map, satellite telephone and 115V outlets at each seat.

Passengers, Amenities and Storage

Our Praetor 500 can accommodate seven passengers and is configured with four club seats, two single seats and a belted lavatory. The lavatory features a belted lav seat with odorless vacuum toilet, 35 ft3 walk-in closet and full-size vanity and lighted mirror to help passengers arrive refreshed. Total baggage space accommodates 150 ft3 maximum baggage and stowage capacity to easily accommodate oversize items.

A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking; the balance is due 72 hours prior to departure.

We accept all major credit cards (subject to a 3% processing fee) and wire transfers.

Between signing the Charter Quote Agreement and up to 72 hours prior to departure, there is a 10% cancellation fee. If notice is given between three (3) and 72 hours prior to departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee. If notice is given less than three hours before departure or if the Charterer is a “No Show”, there is a 100% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is a total percentage of the Charter Quote. Reschedule is acceptable without charge 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.  A Cancellation/Rescheduling fee of 10% may be applied if the rescheduling is received between 3 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

Our highest priority is the safety of our passengers and pilots. In the event of inclement weather, the pilot(s) may delay departure at their discretion until they deem conditions safe for departure.

Gourmet snacks and beverages, including a limited selection of beer and wine, are complimentary; catering is available upon request. We are also happy to assist in arranging ground transportation and accommodations at your destination.

Our aircraft is not equipped with Wi-Fi capabilities.

We ask that passengers arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time for an on-time departure.

Passengers must present a valid government-issued form of identification upon arrival for their flight.

Passengers should refer to the FAA Pack Safe website at https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe for any restricted hazardous materials that may be found in personal items such as toiletries, medicines, and battery-powered electronic devices.

With best-in-class baggage capacity, our aircraft has ample storage and can accommodate golf bags, sporting equipment and other oversized items in addition to passenger luggage. Storage capacity specifications can be provided upon request.

Special arrangements can be made to securely transport firearms; however, firearms are not allowed in our facility nor onboard the aircraft without prior approval.

We do not allow pets onboard our aircraft, including emotional support animals.
